Leadership 360 Assessment

The 360 Assessment provides leaders with a “360 degree view” of their performance by anonymously surveying their subordinates, peers, superiors, and themselves (up, down, and across the organization). This powerful tool gives leaders direct, unbiased insights into their strengths and areas for improvement, and also how they are perceived by different groups of co-workers. We work with each client to craft a custom survey, analyze the results, and build an action plan to drive improvement through targeted changes.
